ROM bootloader在RESET管脚的上升沿采样boot mode pin，然后判断进入哪种boot mode。软件复位采样不了boot mode管脚值。

device-specific data manual指的是datasheet sprs590f。

看门狗可以实现硬件复位。datasheet第82页上有说明。
