F28027没有设置擦除FLASH为什么烧写程序时会将扇区B中的数据擦除？

我在CCS没有设置Flash Sector B扇区擦除，为什么在往Flash中烧写程序时还是会将扇区B中的数据擦除？cmd中只用到了FlashA


请问还需要做什么配置吗？
