Unfortunately, it currently has a bug that is preventing anyone from redeeming the second license. You can get it corrected by contacting license_support@keysight.com. A fix should be in place soon. That said, if you need to use more than two, you need to either buy another license or "transport" the license to a new Host. You can do this by right clicking the "lock" icon in your System Tray and opening Keysight License Manager. Select the license you want to move, then right click and select "transport". This will disable the license on that PC. Then select "Tools>Explore Transport URLS". This will take you to a place where you can enter the new Host ID for the PC you want to move the license to. A new .lic file will be emailed to you which you can then install on the other PC. We know this is tedious, and are working hard to find a better way.
