We are looking to go to a much smaller device, so the RN4678 won't do either. We've been attempting to use the RN4871 (see my other thread), but that's not working out so well. The 3rd party device we need to pair with uses a different brand module and they are pushing us to use that device. Size wise, it's half way between the RN4678 and the RN4871, so it might fit the mechanical envelope we're targeting. But we have a some familiarity with the RN BT modules, both from a HW and SW perspective. If we can't get the RN4871 working, we'll like have to pursue other modules. Regards, J |
