In this case, please uninstall your current (CIR) Driver for Intel® NUC Kit NUC7PJYH, and make sure that you install our
latest version.
Also, please make sure that this option enable on the BIOS of the machine through the following steps: Access the BIOS > Advanced > Devices > Onboard Devices > Legacy Device Configuration = Enhanced Consumer IR
In addition, check in the Device Manager to confirm it is detected though this path:
Device manager > Human Interface Devices > make sure that you see ITECIR Infrared Receiver (EC) and MS eHome Infrared Transceiver.
If that doesn't work, update the BIOS if lower than version 0044 and check again Device Manager:

In you do not have any success please provide me the report generated by our
Intel® System Support Utility for Windows*
