Thank you for joining the Intel® community, allow me to help you with the problem that you are having with Intel Unite®.

Let me know the following information:

• What are the Intel Unite® versions on the server hub and client
  
• What kind of certificate is being used?
  
• Is the certificate installed on the HUB?
  
• What is the model of the HUB?
  
• Could you run the following command on the command prompt to create a log file form the Intel Unite® client? Please attach the log file to the thread.
  

"intel unite launcher.exe" /debug >log_output.txt

Once the .TXT file is created save it to your desktop, attach it by using the option on the lower right corner “attach”.
