布局动量模拟中的用户定义材料除了ADS中的默认模型外,用户是否可以定义自己的材料?

For example, I design a kind of module directly in layout without schematic and I want to try momentum simulation in layout. The material is unusual. The multilayered substrate has a frequency dependent permittivity, permeability and loss tangent, while these parameters’ dependency to frequency is not a typical Svensson/Djordjevic similar. The dependency is better to be provided by a lookup table than an expression formula. I hope that the following automatic simulation could by done while I have no idea how to implement it: 1, At each frequency, I read out the substrate definitions from an outside file by DAC component. 2, Transfer these definitions to the simulator. 3, start the layout momentum simulator. 4, Output the simulation result to an outside file at each frequency. 5, iterate each frequency required. One problem that I expect: not sure if the results will be "monotonic" over the full frequency range if you change material parameters here. The workaround might really be, that you check if you could use a limited amount of frquency regions and do the simulation manually with the re-use old data option. but of course the less regions you define the more you will run into the prolbem described above, and the more regions you will define the more manual work it will be.. (not sure what happens if you overlap the regions ..) With queing the simulation it might be even possible to prepare the Simulations once and then run all simulations automatically ..
