In Connection Expert: a) When I use the Add Address button and type in the IP address for either of teh 81180A's, it returns with a red X and 'Error opening the instrument' b) same thing happens if I use the Hostname field (filling it in with the hostname provided by the 81180A). c) When I use the Add Other tab and enter the 81180A IP address into the IP field and test connection, the response is 'Connection request rejected or port not found on this host' and 'There was a communication failure'. I have tried a) re-entering the addresses into the 81180A b) resetting the LAN several times, c) rebooted the 81180A d) and tried diffent addresses Same thing happens. Any ideas? Thanks, David 0

答案对人有帮助，有参考价值0 我能够解决问题.1）通过将每个81180A的LAN直接连接到PC并在可选连接信息中选择Socket（单选按钮）来添加每个81180A.2）通过集线器重新连接81180A LAN电缆，全部刷新并继续照常。以上来自于谷歌翻译以下为原文 I was able to correct the problem. 1) Add each 81180A by connecting the LAN from each 81180A straight to the PC AND selecting the Socket (radiobutton) in the Optional Connection Information. 2) Reattach 81180A LAN cables through hub, Refresh All and proceed as usual.
