thanks for your fast response.
Sorry for delay in replying. I'm not in a position at the time of bringing the generator to SSU. However I'm sure the problem is related to a file or something that regardless of my work was corrupt . In fact, now running a realignment "Yig pretune calibration" from the menu of the PSG, is generated an error -310. The action of the routine "Yig pretune calibration" is easly explained in errors manual, in which appear :
"-310 System error; YO pretune service calibration failed.
The calibration will take an initial coarse YO pretune calibration
that consists of a gain and offset term, and refine that to include
a cubic term that is applied above 7 GHz to linearize the tuning."
At this moment the PSG has corrupted initial gain and offset coarse term.
Probably as an example, if an empty file is read, 0xFF.. could result like initial gain and offset coarse terms, so is generated an unique term as Yig pretuning and to max value.
