TheSecond International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and PowerEngineering (AIPE2021) will be held in Moscow, Russia on December 17-19, 2021.The AIPE2021 aims to bring together leading academic scientists, researchersand research scholars to exchange and share their experiences and researchresults on all aspects of Artificial Intelligence, Energy and PowerEngineering. It also provides a premier interdisciplinary platform forresearchers, practitioners, and educators to present and discuss the mostrecent innovations, trends, and concerns as well as practical challengesencountered and solutions adopted in the fields of Artificial Intelligence,Energy and Power Engineering.

Proceedingsof AIPE2021 will be published by Lecture Notes on Data Engineering and Communications Technologies, and all accepted papers will be indexed insome international major academic databases (SCOPUS, INSPEC, EI Compendex).

录用的论文由德国Springer出版，录用的论文由出版社全部送EI-Compendex, Scopus检索。优秀的论文扩展后，推荐到相应SCI期刊出版。
