非共振阻尼介观耦合电路中的量子效应 研究了两个分回路中电路参数即电容和电感的不同对有阻尼的介观耦合电路中量子涨落的影响。计算中考虑了电阻产生的物理机制即电子与声子的相互作用。两个分回路电路参数的不同会使一个分回路中的量子涨落减小,另一个分回路中的增加。结果表明,无论是电容耦合还是电感耦合都会使耦合部分的电荷涨落得到压缩,而耦合部分电流的量子涨落得不到压缩。 Abstract The effects of the difference of circuit parameters or capacitances and inductances on the quantum fluctuations in the non-resonant damped mesoscopic coupled electric circuits were studied. In the calculations, the physical mechanism of the generation of the resistance or the interaction between electrons and phonons was considered. The difference of the circuit parameters in the two component circuits makes the quantum fluctuations in one component circuit smaller and that in the other larger. The results also show that both capacitance coupling and inductance coupling will cause the quantum fluctuations of the electric charge in the coupling part squeezed. But there is no squeezing for the electric current in the coupling part.
