使用51单片机实现铅酸蓄电池充电器的详细资料说明

　　在蓄电池应用领城，铅酸蓄电池以可靠、电容量大、维护简单等特点占有很大的市场。本文太阳能铅酸蓄电池的充电方案采用了在单片机领域应用最广的51单片机，依靠ABC进行模拟量数据采集并在51上来用软件实现PWM算法对12V铅酸蓄电池进行（三段精细）充电技例，得到良好的拉制效果。

　　铅 酸蓄 电 池发展至今已经有一百多年的历史。铅酸蓄电池自发明后以其价格低廉、原材料易于获得，使用上有充分的可命性，适用于大电流放电及广泛的环境温度范围等优点，在化学电源中一直占有绝对优势。近年来密封免维护铅酸蓄电池由于具有密封好、无泄漏、无污染等优点，在国内外得到广泛应用。

　　对 于铅 酸 蓄电池来说，如果使用方法得当其使用寿命甚至可以达到20年。但实际情况却是很多铅酸蓄电池使用几年甚至1、2年就报废了，纠其原因就在于铅酸蓄电池的使用过程中存在很多不当之处，比如长期过充电状态、放电过度、充放电电流太大、长期不满电等都会降低铅酸蓄电池的使用寿命。本文就其充电控制给出设计和实际应用方案。

　　从现 在 铅 酸蓄电他的充电技术来说，比较常见的有如下两种方式

　　二 阶段 充 电：首先按照恒压方式即首先按照设定好的恒定电压进行快速充电，当检测到电流下降到。.Zc时，结束快速充电改用泪流方式进行浮充电，此时仍然采用恒压方式只是设定的电压比快速充电稍低一些。此种方法的缺点是如果电池亏电比较严重的话，快速充电的电流很可能过大从而降低蓄电池的寿命。

　　三阶 段 充 电：这种方式是对二阶段缺点的改进。当电池亏电比较严重时，先采用恒流方式进行小电流充电以免损坏电池，当电池电压上升到一定值后再采用上述二阶段充电方式进行充电。

　　本 文 中所 设计的系统采用三阶段充电方式对 12V铅酸蓄电池进行充电。需要说明的是不论是那种充电方式，最后都要进人涓流浮充状态，此状态也是铅酸蓄电池能够长期处于的状态，这对延长电池寿命有利。浮充在实际使用当中主要有两点作用（l）当市电中断或整流器等外接电源发生故障时，蓄电池组即可担负起对负载单独供电任务，以确保用电设备不断电，这对于有不间断供电的应用场合非常重要，如通讯集站;（2）起平滑滤波作用。电池组与电容器一样，具有充放电作用因而对交流成分有旁路作用。这样，送至负载的脉动成分进一步减少，从而保证了负载设备对电压稳定的要求
