智能化无线测温预警系统分析与设计

论文在调查了如今陶瓷烧制过程中存在的问题的基础上，对智能化无线测温预警系统所处的研究背景进行了介绍，分析了本文所需要解决的问题，讨论了本文项目研究的重要性与研究意义;随后，论文阐述了智能无线测温预警系统所需要用到的两大技术：UML建模技术和无线传感技术。本文的目的是针对智能无线测温预警系统应该满足当今陶瓷烧制过程中窑炉温度的监控、自动预警等需求。在对系统改进型需求分析的基础上，对系统进行了设计，本文把系统划分为窑温数据采集、窑温数据监测及预警、窑温数据统计分析、报表生成、工艺标准管理等五大模块，并给出系统功能模块图。窑温数据采集模块是对窑炉温度进行采集和传输的模块，窑温数据监测及预警模块对系统采集到的数掘进行分析处理，分为窑温数据监测模块和预警模块两个子模块。窑温数据统计分析模块是通过分析窑炉的温度来得到窑所处的状态。为了完成日常的数据管理和数据操作功能，系统需要为用户提供自动生成报表的功能。　　在软件设计过程中，我们给出了系统数据库的实体关系图和物理结构图，然后基于.NET框架的三层开发模型设计了系统的软件;分别针对系统各模块的子模块进行详细的分析，设计了相应的界面，并且设计了系统的数据统计功能;最后阐述了本人在该项目中的主要工作，并且指出了论文中存在的一些不足，对进一步的工作进行了展望。
