描述
安华高ACMD-7612是一款微型双工器，设计用于UMTS频段I手机。Tx通道中的最大插入损耗仅为1.5 dB，从而最大限度地减少了功率放大器的电流消耗。Rx通道中的插入损耗最大为2.0 dB，提高接收器灵敏度。ACMD-7612增强了灵敏度和动态性能WCDMA接收器范围，提供超过传输信号在接收器输入和接收频段内超过43 dB的发射噪声抑制。ACMD-7612采用安华高科技设计薄膜体声学谐振器（FBAR）技术，其使超小型、高 Q 值滤波器成为可能，其速度仅为他们通常的大小。FBAR 体模块谐振器出色的功率处理能力支持手机所需的输出功率水平，同时增加几乎没有失真。ACMD-7612还采用了安华高科技创新的微型电容键合晶圆、芯片级封装。科技。该工艺允许将滤波器组装在小于1.2 mm 高，最大占地面积仅为 2.5 mmx 3.0毫米。
