　　简单分析一下矫直机轴承室磨损原因：

　　矫直机通过矫直辊对矫直型材进行挤压使其改变直线度。一般有两排矫直辊，数量不等，磨损位置为矫直机上辊，亦可称之为动辊， 上辊与滑道间存在0.2-0.3mm滑动间隙，使其具备上下滑动调节能力来应对不同厚度矫直型材的工况调节;设备在长期运行过程中，两滑道不断因过钢引发的冲击力导致相互碰撞摩擦，尤其是上辊滑道下部，确实接近矫直辊的位置，因其承受的冲击载荷较大，磨损情况越为严重，久而久之，近辊端磨损间距不断增大，上部受冲击磨损影响较小，从而导致由下至上呈“人”字形磨损，磨损直接导致矫直辊轴承室滑道与机架滑道配合间隙增大，过钢矫直不仅无法保证型材矫直效果，且两配合面因间隙增大，遭受的冲击摩擦力度亦会增大，长此以往，恶性循环，直接导致矫直的型材质量大幅降低。
