热导检测系统设计与应用

　　油中溶解气体在线监测的关键是气体检测的传感器技术，金属氧化半导体气敏传感器已广泛应用于对油中溶解的H2，C0，CH4，C2H4，C2H6，C2H2等6种气体的在线监测，但是金属氧化半导体传感器表面吸附的氧化物不能有效地与二氧化碳气体产生还原反应，因而不能用来检测二氧化碳气体。而热导传感器（TCD）是一种非选择性传感器，对任何气体都有相应特性，结构简单，稳定性能好，且不破坏试样，检测范围大，价格低。但是对于传统的热导传感器（TCD）在气体检测应用中依然存在检测精度差、灵敏度低，温度漂移大等缺陷。

　　气体热导传感器TCS208F是采用先进的MEMS工艺加工技术制备的新一代传感器件，具有小型化、集成化的特点，可以极大地提高传感器性能。可以测量天然气、C02、CH4、He、Xe等成分或含量，可测量非常小的气体容积变化，成本低、功耗低、温度低，时间常数小，T08封装，抗冲击能力强。结合MEMS传感器的高性能，设计了一种高性能的气体浓度检测系统，使TCD检测方法与其他气体检测方法相比有了新的优势。
