如何使用虚拟仪器进行核能海水淡化的实验测控平台研究

　　使用的产品：美国NI 公司的LabVIEW6i，PXI-1010，PCI板卡数据采集系统，SCXI-1102B，MXI-3，NI-4351（PXI），NI-6031E（PXI）

　　挑战：快速开发基于虚拟仪器的核能海水淡化实验系统的测量和监控系统，高效实时的测量和监控实验中各种温度、压力、流量、压降及液位等并可进行连续的数据采集和记录。

　　应用方案：用美国NI 公司LabVIEW 系统开发平台、先进的PXI 测量和数据采集技术和压力传感器及热电偶等，开发了基于虚拟仪器的核能海水淡化实验测控平台，有效的解决了实验的测量问题。

　　为了研究竖直蒸发管高温多效海水淡化（VTE—MED）系统的工艺流程和关键工艺技术及稳定运行时候的热工水力学参数影响等，清华大学核能与新能源技术研究院建立了大型双塔4效高温多效海水淡化实验装置。为了测量各部位的温度、压强及流量等热工参数，建立了基于虚拟仪器的海水淡化实验测控平台。使用高精度的数据采集板及计算机等并在LabVIEW平台中实现了将传感器及热电偶的电压信号采集、输出存储和分析。

　　测量系统组成

　　VTE-MED海水淡化系统的实验回路是一个十分复杂的热工回路。需要测量和监控的热工水力学参数有流量压力温度等，分布于系统的各个部位，如图1就是用LabVIEW做得测量系统的示意以及部分热工参数分布图。
