此高速转换器/转发器设计用于高达1.5 Gbps的信号传输速率,以支持各种高速网络路由应用。驱动程序输出与电流模式逻辑(CML)级别兼容,并直接驱动50- 已连接的负载至1.8 V,2.5 V或3.3 V标称电源。直接连接负载的能力可以消除对耦合电容器的需要。接收器输入与LVDS(TIA /EIA ?? 644),LVPECL和CML信号电平兼容。接收器容许宽的共模电压范围,也可以直接耦合到信号源。从输入到输出的内部数据路径是完全差分的,用于产生低噪声和低脉冲宽度失真。
V BB 引脚是内部产生的电压源,允许操作单端LVPECL输入。对于单端LVPECL输入操作,未使用的差分输入连接到V BB 作为开关参考电压。使用时,将V BB 与0.01 uF电容去耦,并将电流源或吸电流限制在400 uA。不使用时,V BB 应保持打开状态。
该器件的工作温度范围为-40°C至85°C。
